The mysterious artist behind the global "Space Invader Project" Speaks

On 25, Aug 2009 | One Comment | In Uncategorized | By man-admin

We don’t know who the mystery French artist behind “The Space Invader” project is, but he’s been at it since 1998. Acting with the stealth of a ninja, “Invader” has placed thousands of his mosaics on walls, buildings, and icons (the Hollywood Sign above) all over the world.

And we do mean all over the world. Check out the Space-Invaders website and you’ll be able to explore “Invasions” all over the world from Amsterdam to Katmandu, from Mombasa to New York. It is an impressive body of work.

In the video below, the artist speaks about his inspiration, his goals and his new work with Rubik’s Cubes. It is nothing short of fascinating.
